By accessing the Flexon Digital website or engaging our digital marketing, SEO, and web development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our site and services.
Flexon Digital provides premium digital marketing and web architecture services. We agree to provide the services explicitly outlined in your customized project proposal or service agreement.
For us to engineer your digital growth effectively, we require your cooperation. Clients must provide all necessary access (e.g., website hosting credentials, social media admin rights, Google My Business access) and materials (e.g., logos, specific brand text) required to execute the agreed-upon campaigns in a timely manner.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your contract. For large projects like custom web development, a deposit is required before work begins. Flexon Digital reserves the right to pause campaigns or suspend website hosting if invoices remain unpaid past their due date.
Upon final and full payment, the client owns the rights to the final website design and the specific campaign assets created for them. However, Flexon Digital retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials to showcase our expertise. Custom code libraries, frameworks, and proprietary marketing methodologies used to create the project remain the intellectual property of Flexon Digital.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.
