Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Data Deletion

According to Meta Platform Developer Policy, Flexon Social provides a clear mechanism for Facebook and Instagram users to remove their activities and personal data from our application.

If you authorized Flexon Social using Facebook Login or connected an Instagram Business/Creator account and wish to remove your data, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook profile’s Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Apps and Websites (or click here to go directly).
3. Locate Flexon Social in your active applications list.
4. Click the Remove button.
5. Optionally, check the box to allow Facebook to delete all posts and videos published by Flexon Social on your behalf.
6. Click Remove again to confirm. Once removed, our automated webhook callback is notified and your OAuth tokens and cached account information are purged immediately.

In-App Disconnection from Flexon Social

You can disconnect any social network (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google My Business, X, Pinterest) directly from inside Flexon Social:

1. Sign in to your Flexon Social workspace.
2. Click on Settings in the navigation menu.
3. Under Connected Channels, locate the profile or page you wish to delete.
4. Click Disconnect Channel and confirm the action.
5. All associated OAuth tokens, cached metrics, upcoming scheduled drafts, and social inbox threads for that account are instantly expunged from our database.

Complete Profile & Data Erasure Request (Right to be Forgotten)
