Refund and Cancellation

1. General Policy Overview

At Flexon Digital, we strive to deliver high-quality, data-driven digital marketing and web development services. Because our work involves custom strategies, dedicated hours, and intellectual property developed specifically for your business, we enforce a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy. Time and resources are allocated immediately upon project initiation.

2. Web Development & Custom Projects

Custom website builds and standalone design projects are subject to the following cancellation terms:

• Before Work Commences: If a cancellation request is received before any design, development, or strategy work has started, a full refund (minus any payment gateway processing fees) will be issued.
• After Work Commences: Once the initial strategy, blueprinting, or coding phase has begun, deposits and upfront payments become non-refundable. This covers the labor and time our team has already invested.
• Project Abandonment: If a client fails to communicate or provide necessary materials for more than 30 days without prior notice, the project will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Digital Marketing Retainers (SEO, Ads, SMO)

Ongoing digital marketing services (such as Search Engine Optimization, Google Ads Management, and Social Media Marketing) are billed on a monthly retainer or contract basis.

• Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to their next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
• No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, we will continue to provide the agreed-upon services until the end of that cycle.
• Ad Spend: Any budget allocated directly to third-party ad networks (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) is non-refundable by Flexon Digital once the budget has been loaded into the ad account.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that the following services and fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Initial consultation and audit fees.
• Domain name registration and third-party web hosting costs.
• Setup fees for ad campaigns and email marketing automations.
• Third-party software, premium plugins, or licensing fees purchased on behalf of the client.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Once an eligible refund is approved by our billing department, please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method.
